Yoga is a beneficial practice for physical and mental health. Join us for our practice by candlelight on our meditation labyrinth and begin your week with peace. Bring a friend or family member and use this chance to reconnect.
Yoga can be modified to suit all ages and mobility levels. Instructor Chrissy Ehrhart is RYT 200 Certified and owns Zenna Wellness Studio in Berlin, Maryland (http://www.zennawellness.com). Instructors on dates Chrissy is not leading practice are also RYT 200 or YogaFit certified.
Please register to let us know you are coming. A number of mats are available; please bring a mat if you have one. A bottle of water is also helpful.
